Inconsistent cleanliness. showers need a scrubbing!!! Limited coffee and water availability outside breakfast hours!!! Staff engagement could use some work!!! Better communication about room changes would enhance the experience!!!

Had a great time in the Double Queen Room with Mountain View. The bathroom had a roll-in shower and high-end toiletries. The room was super clean and cozy, featuring a coffee machine, microwave, and spacious seating area. I really enjoyed the heated indoor pool for some relaxation after a busy day.

It was just a great fit for a city escape in Abingdon with good value considering price it charged. Loved the mountain view from the room. it really added to our stay. For a good breakfast, try to go early for the best selection.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member who really made me feel welcome. The room was not just clean, but it actually smelled fresh, there was no nasty air freshener smell, you know what I mean.
